In consideration of the sum of #1,150 duly paid to him by the surrenderee, George Palmer of Chatteris, yeoman, surrenders to the lords of the manor by the hands of Thomas Sewell gent, steward of the manor of Chatteris Ramsey, his property at Hive End and in Burnsfield, now occupied by Johnson Youngs, to the use of John Warth of Manea, farmer, and his heirs.
