Administrative / Biographical History
Noel Greig was born in 1944 and brought up in Skegness. After graduating from King's College London he went on to set up the Brighton Combination with Jenny Harris and Ruth Marks, one of the first Arts Labs in Britain and with them performed, directed, organised cinema showings, discos, a cafe and began to write, first collectively and then individually. He went on to work with Ed Berman's Fun Art Bus, a project of the community arts groups Inter-Action. He worked with The General Will and was a key member of Gay Sweatshop, later writing extensively for and with young people through Theatre Centre.
