Administrative / Biographical History
Animal trapping, or simply trapping, is the use of a device to remotely catch an animal. Animals may be trapped for a variety of purposes, including food, the fur trade, hunting, pest control, and wildlife management. Snares are one of the simplest traps and are very effective. A snare traps an animal around the neck or the body consisting of a noose made usually by wire or a strong string.
