The papers include the diary of Sir John Fischer Williams relating to the Reparations Commission, 20 Feb.-18 Apr. 1920, in addition to letters to Sir John whilst he was the British Legal Adviser to the Commission, from Lady Catherine Courtney of Penwith, with related correspondence and papers, 1921-8.
