REMINISCENCES of Beaumaris, c. 1920s - 1960s, including the lack of shops and cafes; ferries and pleasure steamers, strolls through Baron Hill grounds and to Penmon point, a Belgian family, walks, Clyno car rides to Rhosneigr and Trearddur Bay, Mr Williams who conducted outdoor religious services, Moelfre, staying with Mrs Margaret Thomas in Raglan St. when she taught at Beaumaris Grammar School, reminiscences re. the people in the newspaper cutting, hot copper throwing.
