Note
This Book of Devotions and Prayers was created in Flanders in the 15th or 16th century and is written in Netherlandish. It includes decorated gold initials and margins and has three coloured printed woodcuts inserted. It includes prayers for the Mass, meditations on the wounds of Christ, prayers to saints and the Blessed Virgin Mary, devotions for the canonical hours etc.
It is believed that it was created for use in a convent.
