Administrative / Biographical History
Arthur Robert Green had a keen interest in the local history of Hampshire and church history. He was the author of The Saxon church at Breamore (1930 and 1960); Saxon architecture and sculpture in Hampshire (Winchester, 1951); and Sundials, incised dials or mass clocks: a study of the time markers of medieval churches (SPCK, 1926)
