Scope and Content

Mary Browne, spinster, of Swavesey, Samuel Pearmean, husbandman, of Sutton, and William Handscum of Swavesey, acknowledge themselves bound to Martin Lacy, esq., of Fenstanton, Hunts., for £200. The condition being that if they fulfill the agreements made in an indenture of release of the same date, this obligation to be void. Signed by Mary Browne, Samuel Pearmean, and William Handscum, their marks, 3 seals attached. Witnessed by Sarah Rule and Robert Robinson.
