Richard Noar of Eaton Bray releases to Benjamin Gray of Dagnall, Edlesborough, Buckinghamshire, and Jeremy Willis of Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, certain land in Eaton Bray in their actual possession by virtue of an indenture of bargain and sale dated the previous day, for the use of Benjamin Gray and his heirs. Richard Noar and Elizabeth his wife agree to levy to Thomas Lane Wood of Leighton Buzzard a fine 'sur conuzance de droit comnie etc.' The fine so levied shall be to the use herein intended. A schedule of Conveyances of the land in question follows showing indentures dating from 1787 to 1825. Witnesses: David Lee Willis, Valentine Willis, Frederick Willis. On the back is a receipt for the agreed sum signed by Richard Noar. Witnesses: David Lee Willis, Valentine Willis. Five seals are attached.
