John Williams (fl. 1833-1866) lived at Penygraig, Bodferin, Caernarfonshire. He and his family appear to have been devout Calvinistic Methodists, and were involved in administering the poor rate for the parish of Boferin, part of Pwllheli Poor Law Union. He had relatives living in New York state, USA.
