Administrative / Biographical History

Merioneth Local Medical Committee, based in Beechwood House, Dolgellau, Merionethsire, was formed in 1934; it had previously been known as Merioneth Local Medical and Panel Committee; the Committee, and the Executive Council, administered the provision of general practitioner services in the area. The Committee was wound up in 1974.
