Scope and Content

Edmond Williamson of Husborne Crawley, Bedfordshire, lets to John Fleet certain land in Westminster except a certain messuage and ingress to it and freedom to darken certain windows for a term of seven years. John Fleet is to keep the house and fruit trees in repair. If any tress fall he is to replace them. At the determination he is to leave a good stock of asparagus. Witnesses: Robert Conyers, Samuel Cantrell. One seal is attached. A large part of the document is torn off, the date and other items being missing.
