Robert le Fraunceys of Wynepol [Wimpole, Cambridgeshire], confirms his gift to John le Fraunceys of Wimpole, of three rods arable land in the fields of Wimpole. Half an acre of this lies in 'le Myddelsyk' towards Orwell, against land of the Lord of Orwell, abutting at one head upon the syke. The other rod lies in 'le middelsyk' against the bank (ripam), adjoining land of Lawrence de Wratteworth, and abutting upon the syke. At Wimpole, deed poll, witnessed by Lawrence de Wratteworth, Robert le Chauf, Walter de Benewell, Walter de Coulinge, William Wyleby of Wimpole, and others. Tag, seal wanting. Endorsed in later hands: '3 E 3' and 'Wimple'.
