A request for subscriptions for the improvement of the Hills Road, 'Whereas several of the gentlemen of the University of Cambridge have thought it desirable by voluntary contributions ... to amend and repair the road leading from Cambridge to Gogmagog Hills ...'. Contributions are invited for a period of years. No names of the suggestors are attached. There follows a list of subscribers, headed by the Colleges. Two membranes ruled in triple columns, but very little on the second. The money to be paid to the Vice-Chancellor, the Mayor of the town, the [Chancellor?] of the Diocese, the Commissary of the University, and William Warren, LL.D. of Trinity.
