Administrative / Biographical History

Barbara Ronchetti had a scholarly interest in dolls. Her collection of historical childrens literature from the nineteenth century to mid-twentieth-century includes items with specific reference to dolls or to children playing with dolls. Barbara Ronchetti also maintained scrapbooks containing approximately 800 postcards and photographs depicting representations of children, childhood and dolls.
