A collection of World War II printed notices and pamphlets advising on various aspects of safety and security such as air raids, invasion scares, food production and the registration and evacuation of children. Most of the items relate to Colchester and district, and includes a leaflet in French explaining the purpose of allied bombing raids on occupied France.
