Joseph Chaplin Hankey of East Bergholt lets to Jeremiah Bird Savage of the same certain land in East Bergholt, a certain wood and all other timber excepted, for a term of fourteen years; the lessee is not to dispose of turnips or manure; the lessee may not sublet the lands; he is to do a certain amount of fencing annually, to plant a certain amount of trees; he is not to dispose of timber; he is to report to the lessor any person hunting or snaring on the premises, the lessor then to bring an action in the name of the lessee; the lessee may have the use of the barn for a certain period after the expiration of the term.
