Administrative / Biographical History

Henry Rudland was an amateur photographer. He was a member of the British South African Company Police in 1914. He was wounded during service in the First World War and spent some time in Salisbury (now Harare) Hospital. In 1915 he served in German South West Africa (now Namibia) and was attached to the 3rd Durham Light Infantry in 1918.
