Seven legal documents in the same hand, evidently part of a longer series. [1] An answer to the question; What if the King turn tyrant? (originally no. 2); cites pamphlet printed 1660. [2] Whether it be lawfull to impose tolls on merchantdizes transported from one place, to another? (originally no 3). [3] Disputations betwixt the English, and Danes concerning the increase of customes (originally no. 8). [4] Whether power to dispense with penal laws, and the forfeiture thereof, can, by law, be granted, by the King, to any subject? (originally no. 25). [5] Severall questions attended with resolves to them, concerning the forest of Leicester (originally no. 34). [6] Whether forest lands purchased from the King, which were exempted from payment of tithes, shall be discharged in the hands of the purchasers? (originally no. 35). [7] Upon the dissolution of a corporation, whether those lands that wereformerly given to it, ought to return to the donors, by way of reverter, or to fall to the lords, of whom they were holden, by way of escheat, or to come to the Crown?; cites Gilbert Burnet's History of the reformation of the Church of England, 1st part, 1679
