William Stermyn of Wisbech sells to William Eager of Tydd St Giles certain land in Tydd St Giles, to him and his heirs to the use of him and his heirs for ever, on the condition that if William Eager pays a certain sum by certain dates he may have the land and expel William Stermyn; if default is made William Stermyn may re-enter; William Stermyn appoints Robert Stermyn of Tydd St Giles his attorney to deliver seisin. Witnesses: William Redwine(?), Paull Flower, Richard Makepeace(?). On the back is a certificate of delivery of seisin. Witnesses: James Walker, R. Makepeace(?), Henry L...ter, William Wright.
