Robert Keary of Bentley bequeathes to his grandchildren Robert Keary and William Keary a certain sum; the residue of his personal estate to his grandchildren Martha, Robert, William, Sarah, Sireell, John, Sarah, Robert, William and Elizabeth. he appoints Daniel Wayth of Flowton, Suffolk, and Charles Fenn of Sproughton, Suffolk his executors. They are to make out an account of the business of a farm in Ipswich taken over by Robert Keary from his son Robert, deceased, and are to pay any debts due from it out of the shares of the children of his son Robert. Witnesses: Martha Chaney, Benjamin Long. A codicil is added by which the testator bequeathes a certain sum to his nephew Thomas Keary (witnesses: Martha Chaney, John Stowers).
