Scope and Content

Henry Peverell of Conington and Symon Peverell, son of Henry, grant to Thomas Hobee of Fenstanton, Huntingdonshire, certain land in Conington upon the marriage of Henry Peverell, son of Symon, with Katherine Hobee, daughter of Thomas Hobee, parcel of it for the use of Henry Peverell and Katherine Hobee for life, and parcel for the use of Henry Peverell and his heirs, and upon the death of the survivor of Henry Peverell and Katherine Hobee the whole to the heirs of Henry Peverell. Witnesses: Edward Stevey, Miles Arborowe.
