Nominal repayment date of capital sum and interest is 30 Oct 1754. Encloses Waterfield's bond in #60 to perform terms of mortgage. Both documents signed and sealed by Waterfield, witnessed by William Mott [gent, of Cambridge] and Chs Martindale, duty stamps. Receipt for the consideration on verso of mortgage indenture, same date and witnesses.
