Notes by W. C. R. Watson for a revision of "Set of British Rubi", 1892-1895, by Revs. E. F. Linton, Wm. R. Linton, R. P. Murray and W. Moyle Rogers. The Set was issued between 1892 and 1897 to botanists working on brambles so that they all had standard reference material to work from.
The following letters are contained:
E.F. WARBURG to WATSON (1951) in 9680/1
W.H. MILLS to WATSON (n.d.), part letter only in 9680/2
BERNARD T. WARD to WATSON (1953) in 9680/2
J.E. WOODHEAD (Muter & Hackman, analytical and consulting chemists) (1956) in 9680/3
The first volume is a bank credit book, with all the notes written on the back of the unused forms. Second and third volumes are diaries for 1938, but are again just used as notebooks, with the printed layout.
