Robert Shettleworth says that he believes that Edward Shettleworth his father died possessed of the land mentioned in the Bill, and confesses that after his father's death they were his, and that he sold them to John Sawen the complainant; but he denies that he said he was not of age at the time of the conveyance or that the complainant had not paid the proper sum, or that he threatened to evict the complainant.
