Oxford St. Peter in the East has many
Poor Law papers, including documents on
Settlements, Removals, Bastardy cases
and Apprenticeships, most of which were
bound up into three large guardbooks in
the 1760s. There are also some papers on
the 1821 and 1831 censuses, and a
sequence of accounts going back to 1627.
