Scope and Content

The will of Robert Bigges, husbandman, of Cassington, Oxon. He bequeathes 1/3 of his estate to his wife Margarett, the other 2/3 to go to Vincent Coventrie, gent., William Bigges and Richard A'Deane for 16 years at a yearly rent of 13/4 to his...then to be equally divided among his 3 daughters, Suzan, Alice and Margarent, when they attain 16 years of age for their lifetiems and afterwards to Vincent Coventrie and his heirs. Witnessed by Robert Deane, Thos. Chillingworth, William Ball, and William Kinge. V. Coventrie, W. Bigges, and R. A'Deane to be overseers and Margaret Bigges, wife of Robert, sole exexutrix.
