Scope and Content

In consideration of 5s, Rebecca Lister and her eldest son, Richard Fox Lister esq, both of Frizing Hall, Bradford, Yorkshire, and both devizees under the will of the Revd Richard Fox, late of Fleet, Lincolnshire, deceased, lease a tenement with associated malthouse, kilnhouse, and c18 acres of arable and ley ground in Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire, formerly in the tenure of William Crane and later of Charles Dawson, for one year to the Revd John Myers of Edenham, Lincolnshire, at peppercorn rent as first stage in process of lease and release. Release: Doc 3761. Indenture, signed and sealed by both lessors, no witness; duty stamps.
