Lease: Doc 1916. The unexpired mortgage term is to be assigned to Gilman Wall of Cambridge, apothecary, in trust to Gilman to wait upon the recovery. 2 pages, signed and sealed by Zachariah and Ann Mart, witnessed by John Smith and John Haggerstone, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for #47 10s, same signatures. Further endorsed in blue crayon: 'Cambridge'.
