Scope and Content

In consideration of 8s, and for homage and service, Geoffrey de Badesle [probably Baddesley, Hampshire] confirms his gift to Robert Cementarius of Heymundecot and to Robert's heirs, of the two middle selions of land in his cultura of six selions above Berehull. Reserving annual quit-rent of one halfpenny for all services. Witnessed by William de Paueli, Robert Mantell, Henry de Per', Walter son of Robert, Geoffrey Beneit, William Thorell, Roger clerk, and others. Tag and seal wanting. No contemporary endorsement.
