Administrative / Biographical History
Andrew K. Tibandebage was Manager and first Headmaster of the Karagwe Secondary School, Lukajange, Tanzania, c1977, and Chairman of its Board of Governors in 1986. He was also an ex-pupil of Julius Nyerere.
