1 Thomas [Langley], bishop of Durham, John Henege, Richard Lumbard, clerk, and Richard Fryth, with the consent of Reginald West, kt, Lord la Warre. 2 John del Chambre of Swynesheued. Demise for life, for good service to Thomas, late Lord la Warre, of two pieces of land in Swynesheued, [Lincolnshire], lying together beside Sowtertofte, of which Reginald of Derby rents one and John Fleyle the other, also the rent of 6s.8 from a piece of land in Swynesheued called Sowtertofte which William Garner of Swynesheued holds from 1 for three lives, with reversion to 2 if he happens to survive after the said three lives and eventual reversion to 1 after the death of 2.
