1 Lord John la Warre, kt, lord of Swynesheued. 2 John Smyth the elder of Swynesheued. Lease for life of a meat/tanning shed ('flesshboth') [in p. Swineshead, Lincolnshire], which Adam Heynson lately held; covenants that 2 will maintain the said 'flessboth' with timber wall and roof and all other neccessaries in a suitable state of repair during the term of the lease, but that he will not demise the said 'flesshboth' to anyone else without permission of the seneschal of the court held there. Annual rent: 4s. Dated at Swynesheued. Latin.
