Lease for 10 years of 1 sheepfold, 1/2 a. of meadow below, 3 a. of land which Thomas Rolle lately held, 2 a. near the bridge in Burtoft, [p. Wigtoft], 1 a. in Castertonacre, [? p. Wigtoft/swineshead], 2 a. in Douedik, [p. Sutterton], and 1/2 a. of land near Castertonacre, [all in Lincolnshire], which the said Thomas lately held; covenant by 2 to maintain the said sheepfold in a suitable state at their own expense, and if they fail to do so to pay for its repair through distraints, fines and amercements in the court of 1 at Swynesheued.
