Gift for life, for good service past and future, of 4 a. meadow in Wyggetofte, [Lincolnshire], in the tenure of Robert Herynge of Wyggetofte, lying between the land of John Barnard on the east, the land of Robert Pope on the west, and between the land of the said Robert Herynge on the north and south, and 6 a. of pasture in Haltoftes, Swynesheuede, [Lincolnshire], in the tenure of John Tylney and John Alexuson, lying between the land of 1 on the north and south, Asperton drove on the east and Westynges on the west, 9 a. of arable land in Smalmede, Swynesheuede, [Lincolnshire], comprising 7 a. in the tenure of Thomas Thakker, lying between the land of John Lenotte on the north and the villeinage of Wykes on the south, abutting on the land of the abbey and convent of Swynesheuede on the east and Fenhouse drove on the west, and 2 a. in the tenure of John Roper of Swynesheuede, lying between the land of 1 on the north and west, the land of Margaret Make on the south and the land of the abbey and convent of Swynesheuede on the east, on condition that 2 is not obliged to serve anyone else in preference to 1.
