Gift for life, for good service past and future, of two pieces of pasture together lying in Haltoftes, Swynesheuede, [Lincolnshire], between the land of 1 in the tenure of John Josson on the south side and land of 1 in the tenure of John Alynson of Wyggetofte on the north, and the common drove there on the east and the common mere there on the west, also one piece of land lying in les Acrelondes, [? p. Swineshead Lincolnshire], (1 a.) in the tenure of William Illary of Swynesheuede, all lying between the land of 1 in the tenure of John Conee of Swynesheuede on the south side and land of 1 in the tenure of Thomas Andeweson of Swynesheuede on the north, and abutting on the land of Thomas Fengrayve on the east and west, on condition that 2 is not obliged to serve anyone else in preference to 1.
