Demise for life, for good service to Thomas, late Lord la Warre, of four pieces of land, meadow and pasture in Swynesheuede and Wyggetoft, [Lincolnshire], one being called Goueldtofte (2 a.) in Swynesheuede, another called le Pyngell (1/2 a.), surrounded by the common way from every direction, the third piece containing 1 a. of meadow between land in the tenure of John Tateshall on the north side and the land of Richard Ronsyng' on the south, and abutting on the land of the said Richard Ronsyng' towards the east and west, the [fourth] piece of meadow being in the tenure of John Tylney lying in Halletofs in [p.] Wyggetofs, between the meadow of 1 there on the south and north, abutting on the common sewer towards the west and the [common] way which leads from Asperton to Fenhous towards the east [cf. no. 38].
