Russel Harris (1840- ), was born in Walkhampton, Devon. He owned the Phoenix and Town Mills in the Tavistock area in the 19th century.

Previously formed part of the Reserve Collection (RC 589.30942 MAR/XX). Given to Lady [Roborough] by Russel Harris of Phoenix Mills, Dartmoor, Devon. Donated to UCSW in 1932 by Lord Roborough (Sir Henry Lopes).
