Scope and Content

Richard Calverley, son of Samuell Calverley, D.D. of Outwell, releases to Nicholas Girling of Bury St. Edmunds the possession of certain lands in Outwell and Upwell, which N. Girling had previously purchased from the brothers of R. Calverley but which could not be released until R. Calverley attained his majority owing to a clause in the will of S. Calverley. N. Girling pays to R. Calverley the remainder of the purchase money hitherto held by him. The deed is incomplete. Witnessed by Nath. Bude and Thomas Franklin.
