Scope and Content

Clement Winstanley of Braunstone, Leicestershire, sells to Thomas Pares the younger of Leicester and his heirs all tithes from his lands in the above parishes, to him and his heirs to the use of him and his heirs that a common recovery may be suffered of them to the use of Clement Winstanley and his heirs for ever. Witnesses: T. Pares, Tristam Everest of Greenwich. Three seals are attached. In addition to the usual endorsement the following occurs in the margin: 'The execution of this Deed was Acknowledged by Clement Winstanley Esq. one of the parties hereto this 19th day of April 1771 and by him desires to be Inrolled.
