Administrative / Biographical History
RTP Williams, Solicitors, (later R. T. P. Williams and Sons), had offices in Haverfordwest and Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire (the Milford office had been opened by Eaton Evans and Morris, later Eaton Evans and Williams). The firm accumulated probates, letters of administration, sale particulars, title deeds and related papers relating to their clients' interests in the course of their work. These included a partnership between James Greenish and Henry Williams at Priory Sawmill; the Powell family's Hook estate; James Vaughan (d. 1899), a Milford haven entrepreneur and auctioneer; Milford Docks Company; Milford Haven Estate; Picton Castle estate; and the Starbuck family of Milford Haven.
