Evans, of Felenrhyd Fawr, Maentwrog, Merionethshire, accumulated documents relating to the parishes of Maentwrog and Llandecwyn, Merionethshire, including Llenyrch Farm, Llandecwyn, which was farmed by John Evans (fl. 1846-1898) and William Evans (fl. 1898-1919), and the schooner G. & W. Jones and brig Martha Perceival, based in Porthmadog, Caernarfonshire.
