Scope and Content

Charles Storie of Blundeston bequeaths to his sons John and Charles Storie certain property and a certain sum; his land to Elizabeth his wife for life, on her death to his son John and his heirs, in default to his son Charles and his heirs, in default to his son William and his heirs, in default to his son Henrie and his heirs for ever; a certain sum to his son Charles on the death of Bartholomew Jubye of Blundeston; a certain sum to his son William on the death of the same; to his son Henrie a certain sum on the death of the same; to his sons Charles and William further sums on the death of the same; to his son Henrie a further sum on the death of the same; the residue to Elizabeth his wife, whom he makes executrix. Witnesses: William Risinge, Thomas Crosswell, Roberte Underwoode. Below is a Certificate of Probate in Latin. Fragments of the seal are attached.
