Autograph specifications, dated February 1923, or work required in the restoration of the Priory House, Penmon, Anglesey by Geoffrey G[osset] Holme, architect, of Penmon. The manuscript contains architectural sketches (ff. 9, 10, 13, 15, 16, 20, 30) and provisional sums (estimated amounts) relating to the restoration work. (f. 31).
