Administrative / Biographical History

The book was given to Sergeant Denzil Levy, SLU, RAF, by Captain (Revd) Goldman of Melbourne, CF Australian Imperial Forces at headquarters, First Australian Army, Lae, New Guinea. Sergeant Levy has noted: 'I was one of three British seconded to the First Australian army and probably the only British Jew in New Guinea !'
