The collection includes a series of colour photographs taken by the builders Kyle Stewart Ltd during the restoration of the School of Art in Margaret Street in 1994-95, each taken on a different date; and three spiral-bound volumes of reports by the City Architects' Department on the state of the Margaret Street building in 1984-5.

Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
The photographs were taken by the builders during the course of the restoration of the Margaret Street building in the mid-1990s, and were passed to the Keeper of Archives sometime between 2000 and 2007. The architects' reports were commissioned by the City Architects' Department in 1984-5. They were found in the office of the Associate Dean (Research) at Gosta Green in April 2012, and were accepted into the Archives by Chair's action on 22 May 2012.
Arrangement
There are two series within a single sub-fond, arranged in order of acquisition by the Archives. One is of the colour photographs taken by Kyle Stewart Ltd and the other of the three volumes of architects' reports. Both series are arranged in chronological order.
