Administrative / Biographical History

The Electrical Association for Women (originally the Women's Electrical Association) was formed in November 1924. Its purpose was to promote the use of electricity by teaching women to use it safely and efficiently. The Association was organised into local branches, grouped into areas. The Haverfordwest Branch was formed in 1958. The Association was disbanded in December 1986.
