The Dean and Chapter of Ely on the surrender of a former lease made to John Brasier of Cambridge, dated 24 November 1730, let to Sarah Beach of Cambridge, executrix of the will of John Brasier, certain land in Cambridge for a term of forty years. The lessee is to repair the pavement of the street opposite the property. She may not alienate without licence. Witnesses: Samuell Frost, Edward Gillam. One seal is attached.
