K. C. Johnston-Jones, Lieutenant, 3rd Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment, and 1st Battalion, East Surrey Regiment served at the Polish Mission, Apr.-June 1919, and in North Russia, Aug.-Oct. 1919, and was awarded the MC (Military Cross) and the MBE.
