Sigismund Trafford of Ryston, Norfolk, being seised of land in Tydd St Giles exchanges and sells it to Thomas Gunthorpe of Tydd St Giles and his heirs, and Thomas Gunthorpe, being also seised of land in the same, exchanges and sells it to Sigismund Trafford and his heirs for ever, to the only use of him and his heirs for ever. Witnesses: F. Stubley, Thomas Sandes. One seal is attached.
